Structural insights into cationic amino acid transport and viral receptor engagement by CAT1

The structural determination of the mCAT1–ornithine–frRBD assembly generated two principal datasets: (i) the volumetric electron density map (MRC format file) resolved at 3.65 Å resolution, and (ii) the refined atomic coordinates (PDB format file) encompassing all annotated ligands. Additionally, the compressed archive (ZIP file) contains five predicted structural models of mCAT1 generated using the AlphaFold 3 online platform.
