Dissecting the seed embryo of current year Sinojackia sarcocarpa seeds and combining GA in solid WPM medium could quickly break seed dormancy and cultivate viable seedlings within 18 days. The viable seedlings bred within 18 days after breaking dormancy were used as the experimental group, and the viable seeds without breaking dormancy were used as the control group. The experimental group samples were GA1, GA2 and GA3, and the control group samples were CG1, CG2 and CG3. The transcriptome sequence information of Sinojackia sarcocarpa tree embryos under GA treatment and without hormone treatment was rapidly obtained by high-throughput sequencing technology. To obtain the key regulatory factors of embryo dormancy and seed germination.
