EEG and neuropsicological tests dataset used for the multicentric generalization of EEG classifiers for dementia

EG Markers Dataset — A Multi-Center Alzheimer's Disease Classification Study This dataset accompanies the paper on EEG-based classification of Alzheimer's disease (AD), Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD) and Cognitively Normal (CN) controls, collected across six centers in Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil and Turkey. The dataset contains: exported_markers/markers.tsv — EEG spectral, connectivity, information theory and complexity markers computed per epoch. exported_markers/markers_metadata.tsv — Metadata per epoch: participant ID, recording center, diagnostic label, and epoch index. demographics/demographics.csv — Neuropsychological test scores (MMSE, fluency, digit span, BNT, TMT, Stroop, ...) for correlation analyses. demographics/participant_id_mappings.tsv — Mapping between EEG participant IDs and demographic record IDs. These files are the inputs required to reproduce all pipeline runs and analyses in the companion code repository.
