Data and R code for: Intravascular imaging-guided versus angiography-guided percutaneous coronary intervention for coronary bifurcation lesions: an updated systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized trials

This deposit contains the aggregate data and R code supporting an updated systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized trials comparing intravascular imaging-guided with angiography-guided percutaneous coronary intervention for coronary bifurcation lesions. The archive includes study-level analysis inputs, R source code, saved statistical results, released tables and figures, R/package environment records, and SHA-256 checksums. The scientific dataset and results were frozen and approved by Michael Semler and Maja Seipelt on 30 October 2026 (freeze identifier: IVI-FINAL-20261030). The accompanying README_DEPOSIT.txt provides the applicable instructions for this reduced archive and distinguishes re-export of saved results from recalculation using the supplied inputs.
