This dataset includes measurements by Slovak Planscreen Phenotyping Unit (Photon Systems Instruments, Drasov, Czech Republic), Licor 6400 (LiCOR, USA), and SPAD 502 (Konica Minolta Business Solutions, Europe) conducted on 6 genotypes of common buckwheat (PI 482597 - called "Zimbabwe" in the dataser, PI 481640 - called "Bhutan" in the dataset, Silverhull 24 - called "Silver Hull" in the dataset, La Harpe, Panda and Emka) under 3 water regimes (80% of field water capacity; FWC; - control; C; 50% of FWC - mild water stress; MS; 30% of FWC - severe water stress; SS). The file Growth.csv contains the data about the plant height, top-view perimeter and plant area development over the time in days after sowing (DAS). The file Indices.csv contains the values of the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Photochemical Reflectance Index (PRI), Vogelmann 2 index (Vog2), Anthocyanin Vegetation Index (ANTH), and Carotenoid Vegetation Index (CAR).The file Licor.csv contains the values of CO2 assimilation rate (Photo), Stomatal conductance (Cond), Electron Transport Rate (ERT), and transportation rate (Trmmol).The file SPAD.csv contains the values of relative chlorophyll content expressed as Soil Plant Analysis Development digital numbers (SPAD)The file Temp_RH.csv contains the data about the air temperature and relative humidity (RH) during the experiment.The file Water_use.csv contains the data from the automatic irrigation station about the weight of the pots before and after irrigation and the weight loss between two consecutive irrigations.For more details about the experiment, refer to ReadMe.pdf.
