河北县域科技创新能力监测评价数据集

主要包含河北省167个县（市、区）科技创新能力监测评价排名及总得分，评价中创新投入、创新主体、创新条件、创新产出、创新管理等5项一级指标得分，地方财政科技支出、规上工业企业R&D经费支出占主营业务收入比重、高新技术企业、省科技型中小企业等17项二级指标得分及数据，企业研发费用加计扣除奖补情况、国家科技型中小企业、科技领军企业等10项补充优化指标得分及数据。

This dataset mainly includes the monitoring, evaluation rankings and total scores of scientific and technological innovation capabilities for 167 counties (cities, districts) in Hebei Province, as well as the scores of 5 first-level indicators in the evaluation: innovation input, innovation subjects, innovation conditions, innovation output and innovation management. It covers the scores and data of 17 second-level indicators such as local fiscal expenditure on science and technology, the proportion of R&D expenditure of industrial enterprises above designated size in their main business revenue, high-tech enterprises, provincial technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, etc., and additionally includes the scores and data of 10 supplementary and optimized indicators including the rewards and subsidies for additional deduction of enterprise R&D expenses, national technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, technology-leading enterprises, etc.
