资源简介:
The mRNA expression profiles of the albino mutant hmr-5 and hmr5pifq in Arabidopsis thaliana were analyzed under red light conditions at 50 µmol m^-2 s^-1 and warm ambient temperatures of 21°C and 27°C, with and without sucrose treatment. Overall design: Two-day-old seedlings of the albino mutant hmr-5 and hmr-5pifq (grown at 21°C under red light at 50 µmol m^-2 s^-1) were subjected to either 21°C or 27°C for an additional two days, with or without sucrose treatment. Three replicates were performed for each condition to ensure the reliability of the results. Gene expression profiles were then analyzed to determine the impact of temperature and sucrose on the physiological responses of the hmr-5 mutant under red light conditions.
