Overloaded highway dataset

The dataset includes highway traffic flow data from both Hangzhou and PEMS04. The Hangzhou dataset includes traffic data from highways G56 and G60, collected by base stations along the highway network. The G56 dataset contains 110 segment nodes (100 highway segments, including 10 interweaving areas, and 10 local segments) with normal data from June 10\u2013September 27, 2023, and overload data from September 28\u2013October 3, 2023. The G60 dataset includes 143 segment nodes (130 highway segments, including 13 interweaving areas, and 13 local segments) with normal data from June 1\u2013September 27, 2023, and overload data from September 28\u2013October 3, 2023. PEMS04 is a publicly available dataset.
