We performed a genome-wide CRISPR knockout screen in mouse microglial BV2 cells to identify cellular factors regulating the secretion of murine norovirus nonstructural NS1 protein. After murine norovirus infection, NS1-negative and -positive cells were isolated separately and genomic DNA was analyzed by Illumina sequencing.
