Spatially distributed soil data, phenology and nutrient content of oats cultivation

The data comes from the Lubnów farm located in southwestern Poland. The experiment was conducted in 2024 on a 33-hectare field where oats were grown. Data set contains particle size distribution in soil samples, nutrient content in soil (N, P, K and Mg)[mg/100g of soil] and pH taken before sowing (February 2024) and after harvesting (October 2024). In addition crop biometry was measured five times (02.04.2024, 25.04.2024, 15.05.2024, 06.06.2024, 15.07.2024). The following parameters were measured: SPAD, biomass [kg/ha], dry biomass [kg/ha], shoots height[cm] and BBCH. For shoots proteins [%],N , Mg, P ,K ,Ca [kg/ha] were identified and for grains dry mass [%], proteins [%] and N [kg/ha] were determined.
