The application of riboswitches for human gut bacterial classification and identification

Table 1 shows the list of species in each phylum, which contains three replicate results of a stool sample from an individual. Table 2 shows the list of species in each phylum of three stool samples from three individuals. The identification of the species is based on the comparison between the sequencing results and the SILVA 16S rRNA library. These files (RF00177_taxonomy_all.out, RF00059_taxonomy_all.out, RF00174_taxonomy_all.out, RF00162_taxonomy_all.out, RF00379_taxonomy_all.out, RF00504_taxonomy_all.out, RF01734_taxonomy_all.out) contain species listed in the Rfam databases.
