Neocalanus flemingeri nauplii. Neocalanus flemingeri

Neocalanus flemingeri females were collected collected from Prince William Sounds in 2016 during in Prince William Sound (station PWS2) during the fall cruise of the Seward Line Long-term Observation Program (LTOP). Females were maintained in laboratory and embryos were collected; when nauplii had reached the NII and NIII stages they were were separated into "FOOD" and "NO FOOD" treatments and incubated for 2 days. At 24 hrs, after that nauplii were checked under the dissecting microscope for survival, behavior and malformations assessment, new food was added. At day two, single individuals were processed for RNA extraction and processed for RNA-Seq.
