The datasets stored here contain the raw data for the publication "" by Weber et al. (2022). These are data sets on meso- and microplastic particles, as well as analytical data from floodplain soil samples.<br>Dataset 1: Plastic particle data and characteristics from plastic particles extracted via NaCl-separation, fluorescence staining and ATR-FTIR analysis. <br><br>Dataset 2: Sampling site features, plastic concentrations, elemental concentrations, pollution indices and soil characteristics (texture, organic matter, pH)<br>Each data set contains a sheet with data and an explanation sheet.<br>
