Analysis code and processed results: HLA class II DR4-DQ8 and the AH8.1/DR3 haplotype in the MHC association with osteoporosis

Analysis code and processed result tables for the manuscript 'HLA class II DR4-DQ8 and the AH8.1/DR3 haplotype in the MHC association with osteoporosis'. The study analyses public summary statistics from FinnGen R12, Pan-UKB, the All of Us HLA PheWAS Explorer, 1000 Genomes EUR, GEFOS/Morris eBMD and GEFOS2. The archive contains 17 analysis scripts, the conda lockfile and workflow, and the per-candidate and summary result tables for the reported analyses, including the two-tag and AH8.1 conditional models, the GCTA COJO comparison and the Finnish SNP-SNP LD table. Raw third-party data are not redistributed. Code is MIT licensed; processed data and results are CC BY 4.0.
