The aim of the European Marie-Curie project Love-To-Hate was to assess the ecotoxicological impact of pesticides on soil microbial community. This study assessed the ecotoxicological impact of oxamyl on the microbial community of a soil adapted to oxamyl accelerated biodegradation. 16S cDNA and 16S rDNA sequences were amplified and sequenced by Illumina MiSeq.
