Single cell RNA-Seq of blood cells in an irradiated patient

This study aims to explore the cell clusters and mRNA expression at the single cell level in a irradiated patient. The patient was a nuclear accident patient exposed to an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. In this study, the blood of irradiated patient was collected from a patient who was exposed to irradiated. The blood was collected from patient who was a nuclear accident patient. ScRNA sequencing libraries were further generated by the 10x Chromium Single Cell 3′ Library & Single Cell 3’ v3 Gel Beads (10x Genomics). Briefly, gel beads with cell barcodes and blood cell suspension were wrapped in liquid droplets by a microfluidic platform (10x Genomics). A droplet containing single cells was collected and then lysed to generate Gel Bead-In Emulsions (GEMs).
