HUSCH

Human Universal Single Cell Hub (HUSCH) is a scRNA-seq database for analyzing and visualizing human gene expression in different tissues. The HUSCH database consists 185 datasets from 45 cell interaction analyses for each dataset, and also enables online cell-type annotation based on the curated reference.human tissues covering 7 different platforms. HUSCH provides detailed cell-type annotation, expression visualization, marker gene identification, functional analyses, transcription factor, and cell-cell interaction analyses for each cell type cluster.

人类通用单细胞枢纽（Human Universal Single Cell Hub，HUSCH）是一款用于分析与可视化不同组织中人类基因表达情况的单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing，scRNA-seq）数据库。该数据库包含185个数据集，每个数据集配套45项细胞互作分析；其支持基于覆盖7种不同实验平台的经人工整理的人类组织参考数据集，开展在线细胞类型注释。此外，HUSCH可为每个细胞类型簇提供详尽的细胞类型注释、基因表达可视化、标记基因鉴定、功能分析、转录因子分析以及细胞间互作分析。
