本数据集包含基于即将发表于《PLOS ONE》、DOI为10.1371/journal.pone.0143182的论文《无催化活性的RISC及其动力学决定哺乳动物siRNA的亚细胞定位》中的式(3)计算得到的RNA链、RNA诱导沉默复合体（RISC）分子以及RISC-靶标复合物的密度数据压缩文件。初始条件及其他细节详见该论文式(3)之后的方法部分，反应参数的取值参见该论文表1。
