Simulation and validation model for the traceability system of the Mango Supply Chain in Colombia. Datasets of ABC Companies and farmers of Cundinamarca

This data shown the test of trend comparison between the inventory of the food agro-industry and the data obtained by simulation model through system dynamics methodology. The datasets was obtained as from several interviews to managers and operators in food agro-industry of the Cundinamarca region in Colombia. 70 interviews was applied between 2015 and 2016. This research follows validation methods both the structural and behaviour proposed by (Qudrat-Ullah and Seong, 2010; Sterman, 2000). The validation method developed covers the 2005-2016 time frame.
