Correlations between bacterial OTUs from 16S data and fungal OTUs from ITS data from the root of Lotus japonicus.

The data was not corrected for confounding effects prior to correlation estimation. The included pairs either had an correlation coefficient estimated by SparXCC exceeding the permutation threshold, or had p t-test applied to the empirical Spearman correlation of log-TSS transformed data. (CSV)
