Iraqi Dialect Hate Speech Dataset IDHS

This dataset, named Iraqi Dialect Hate Speech Dataset (IDHS), consists of approximately 11720 Iraqi-dialect tweets annotated for hate speech (binary labels: Hate vs. Non-Hate). The data were labeled by three native annotators following explicit annotation guidelines, with a Cohen’s Kappa agreement of 0.89, and further validated by two Arabic-language professors to ensure reliability and dialect authenticity.
