De novo transcriptome profiling of Dunaliella Salina under hypersaline stress

The de novo transcriptome analysis of D. salina cultivated in MJM media supplemented with 0.5M NaCl was subjected to exposure with media containing 1M and 2M NaCl. Following a two-hour treatment period, RNA isolation was conducted, and a comprehensive comparative de novo transcriptome sequencing was executed.
