A daptomycin susceptible ST239-t037 MRSA, 3M0, was performed the 34-day continuous passage selection process resulting in daptomycin resistance. The serial passage strains 3M1, 3M2, 3M3 and 3M4 were randomly picked single colonies isolated from 9, 18, 27 and 34 days bacteria liquids growing plates, respectively.
