This deposit provides a serum lipidomics dataset generated by the Grupo de Neurociencias de Antioquia (GNA), Universidad de Antioquia, from a longitudinal cohort including PSEN1-E280A carriers and non-carriers, stratified by sex (female/male) and spanning an approximate age range of 6–70 years. Multiple neutral and polar lipid classes were quantified to enable life-course trajectory analyses and group comparisons by carrier status. Reported classes include: cholesterol-related lipids (FC, CE), acyl-CoA derivatives (AC), glycerolipids (MG, DG, TG), glycerophospholipids (PA, PG, PI, PS, PE, PC, BMP, AcylPG, NAPE, NAPS), plasmalogens (PEp, PCe), lysophospholipids (LPS, LPI, LPE, LPC, LPEp, LPCe), and sphingolipids (Cer, dhCer, SM, dhSM, MhCer, LacCer, GM3). The repository includes data files and, where applicable, minimal metadata required for descriptive and comparative analyses (e.g., age/visit, sex, E280A status). Data are de-identified and shared to support reuse, cross-study comparisons, and peripheral biomarker development/validation in neurodegeneration and autosomal-dominant Alzheimer’s disease.
