The history, systematics, and nomenclature of Thalattosuchia (Archosauria: Crocodylomorpha)

Herein we include the first supplementary appendix (one including the character list and scoring sources), as well as the data and scripts for the phylogenetic analyses and R analyses. <br> The datasets are: SupermatrixC0.tnt, SupermatrixC1.tnt, SupermatrixC2.tnt, SupermatrixC3.tnt, and SupermatrixC4.tnt. <br> The TNT analysis scripts all end .run. The full explanation appears in the manuscript. In sum, there are the 'fast' versions for quick analyses and the 'full' versions for the final analyses. The analyses were split into two versions, equal weights and extended implied weights (k=15). <br> The R analysis scripts end ".R". They are: 0-Master.R, 1a-Basic_Phylogeny_Images.R, 1b-Time_Scaled_Phylogeny_Images.R, 2a-StratPhyloCongruence.R, and 2b-TreeDistance.R. <br> The accompanying age files for the R analyses are: CrocAges.txt and ThalattosuchianAges.txt.
