iDATA is a dataset for chip design PPA prediction and PPA-aware physical design. It includes synthesized netlist files, SDC files, and vectors for both the placement and routing stages. The dataset is structured with directories for synthesized netlists, placement, and routing, with additional subdirectories for SPEF files and vectors. The dataset includes various features for each design strategy, such as area effort, PPA balance, no optimization, power effort, and timing effort. The vectors directory contains feature data for each strategy design. The dataset is created from source data collected from oscc-ip, iscas89, OpenRoad, and OpenLane, and processed using the AiEDA toolkit. The dataset includes foundational data for nets and paths, with detailed descriptions of their data structures, field descriptions, and usage. The data is stored in JSON format and provides comprehensive information for physical design analysis, timing analysis, DRC checks, power estimation, routing density and congestion analysis, and training machine learning models.
