Fine root biomass in fertilised plots in the Central Amazon, 2017-2019

The dataset contains the weight of fine root (<2 mm) at two soil depths (0-10 cm and 10-30 cm) collected in a field site approximately 80 km north of Manaus, in the state of Amazonas, Brasil. Data were obtained by the in growth core method, in campaigns conducted every three months from 2017 to 2019 in all plots.
