Weekly connectivity matrixes representing salmon lice between all approved aquaculture farms (per August 2017) along the Norwegian coast. The connections are calculated using the hydrodynamic dispersion LADIM (https://github.com/bjornaa/ladim) using NorKyst800 as forcing (https://www.imr.no/filarkiv/2011/07/fh_2-2011_til_web.pdf/nb-no). The year of interest is 2016. As the model takes some time to spin up, the first weeks should not be used for analysis. 5 Particles was released from all sites every hour, a count of the particle within 3 x 3 model grids surrounding an aquaculture site was considered a hit. The particles was given vertical behavior to mimic salmon lice behavior, where they reside close to the surface. Only particles between 40 and 190 degree days was considered infectious salmon lice and was included in the number of hits. A constant mortality of 17% per day was used.
