FUTURE4PRIMA D2.5 — PRIMA2 Stakeholder Consultation Survey Dataset

Anonymised individual-level responses from the FUTURE4PRIMA stakeholder consultation (456 respondents, 23 countries/regions, 2024). The consultation collected structured input on priorities, governance preferences, funding models, and strategic orientations for the design of PRIMA2, the next phase of the Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area. Data covers: stakeholder profile and PRIMA experience; priority challenges; counterfactual assessment of PRIMA2 necessity; WEFE Nexus pillar importance and interlinkages; specific and operational objectives; governance and funding models; delivery instruments; adoption measures; EU programme synergies; and outcome indicators. Anonymisation protocol: identifying fields removed (roles, organisations, free-text comments); countries with <5 respondents grouped into regions; stakeholder types simplified; row order randomised. No personal data as defined by GDPR Art. 4(1). Full anonymisation documentation in the README sheet. This dataset constitutes the primary evidence base from which FUTURE4PRIMA Deliverable D2.5 (Stakeholder Consultation Report) was produced.
