资源简介:
This repository contains data collected for Work Package 1.3: Short-term impacts of ICT use on adult wellbeing, part of the DigiWELL project (Research of Excellence on Digital Technologies and Wellbeing, CZ.02.01.01/00/22_008/0004583). This study was conducted as a technical pilot (EMA1) to verify the functionality of the research applications used for subsequent EMA studies: Health React (for survey collection) and eBehave (for passive smartphone trace data collection), both developed by the University of Hradec Králové. The seven-day EMA study involved 58 Masaryk University students (58% female; age range: 19–30 years; M = 21.5; SD = 2.3). KeywordsEcological Momentary Assessment, Experience Sampling Method, Technical pilot Codebook documentation- File format: The codebook is provided in Excel format ("ema1_codebook_public_v1_1.xlsx") for optimal readability and navigation.- Sheet structure: The file is organized into sheets corresponding to each dataset.- Language versions: Each dataset is documented in an English version (identified by the _en suffix) and the original Czech version (identified by the _cs suffix).- Row definition: Each row represents a single variable within the respective dataset.- Column definition: Every sheet contains the following standardized columns    - "column" - the numerical order of the variable in the dataset.    - "label" - the unique variable name (header) as it appears in the data files.    - "question" - a variable description or the exact wording of the question presented to participants.    - "values" - definition of data types or a comprehensive list of all possible response options.    - "routing" - the survey logic/conditions under which the question was displayed to the participant (question always listed if missing) Dataset documentation Data structure:- File format: All datasets are provided in CSV format using a semicolon separator (;).- Row definition: Each row represents a unique observation (a specific participant's response to a single survey instance).- Column definition: Each column represents a variable with descriptive headers (detailed in the codebook).- Open-ended responses are provided in the original Czech language (the primary language of all study participants).- Missing values were represented as “NA”.- All datasets include a unique participant ID to allow for cross-referencing and merging across files. Dataset list:"ema1_daily_survey_data_public_v1_1.csv" - Contains responses and survey metadata for the daily EMA surveys. - Participants were notified semi-randomly five times a day within the following windows: 7:00–9:30, 9:30–12:00, 12:00–14:30, 14:30–17:00, and 17:00–19:30. "ema1_end_of_day_survey_data_public_v1_1.csv" - Contains responses and survey metadata for the end-of-day EMA surveys. - Notifications were sent semi-randomly once per day between 19:30 and 22:00. "ema1_self_initiated_survey_data_public_v1_1.csv" - Contains responses and survey metadata for the self-initiated EMA surveys. - Participants were instructed to manually complete this survey once daily, immediately before going to sleep. "ema1_entry_survey_data_public_v1_1.csv" - Contains responses from the entry survey collected prior to the EMA phase. - Includes basic demographic information and technical details of the devices used. "ema1_post_survey_data_public_v1_1.csv" - Contains responses from the post-study survey. - Includes retrospective feedback on the study experience, technical issues, and suggestions for application improvements.
