To assess the effect of vitamin D on inflammation in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps,we used transcriptome sequencing to study the effect of vitamin D signaling pathway in human primary nasal epithelial cells.The genes related to neutrophia inflammation were further selected from the results and further analyzed and verified.
