Survey data on value chain digitalization and resilience in agricultural equipment manufacturing

The following data comes from an in-person survey conducted at Agritechnica 2025, a professional trade fair for agricultural technology manufacturers, held in Hannover, Germany, in November 2025. The dataset consists of 63 responses collected from firm managers across different countries. It includes, in particular, responses from implement manufacturers operating in the following segments: tillage, sowing, fertilization, and spraying equipment.

The data and supplementary material are divided into two files:

- The variable dictionary and a codebook including abbreviations used and an explanation of the range each variable can assume (Variable_Dictionary_Codebook.doc)

- The raw survey data in .csv format (dataset_Agritechnica2025.csv). This file contains 10 variables and the full set of responses from all 63 participants.

- An overview of the survey questions and answer options (Survey_Questionnaire_Agritechnica2025.doc). The survey encompassed 9 questions related to the AgTech industry, particularly focusing on product and service digitalization, supplier information for semi-finished and finished products, and perceived disruptions in the supply chain.- Qualitative comments on supply-chain disruptions (Qualitative_responses_disruptions.csv), collected through open-ended inputs during the interviews
