Quiescence was induced by nitrogen-starvation in fission yeast S. pombe cells. Chromatin (ChIP-seq and Whole Genome Sequencing) and transcriptome (RNA-seq) of WT and Mutant cells were compared during quiescence and upon their activation for cell-cycle re-entry.
