Single cell perturb seq of 53511 A549 cells split across two replicate channels. Total of 220 genes knocked down. All experiments and pre-processing carried out by Myllia Biotechnology Gmbh of Austria. Data stored in h5ad format, has been tested to work with anndata version 0.12.3.
