AIstain: Enhancing microglial phagocytosis analysis through deep learning - Validation Dataset

This dataset provides the validation dataset used in our corresponding manuscript. The dataset was used for training and validation of AIstain (Zähringer, Alexander (2024), “Enhancing microglial phagocytosis analysis through deep learning: A U-Net based approach”, Mendeley Data, V1, doi: 10.17632/czh96my8cf.1). The neural network can be used on Olympus ScanR systems with the analysis software v3.4 and higher to perform label-free live cell imaging experiments.
