Loss of Bcl3 influences the abundance and functionality of regulatory T cells in several organs but especially in the intestine. We used single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) to determine the influence of Bcl3 on cellular basis in a competitive environment. Overall design: We sorted all living CD4+ T cells (CD45+, CD3+, CD4+) from small intestine lamina propria of four mixed Bcl3-/- CD45.2+ and WT CD45.1+ bone marrow recipients via fluorescence-activated cell sorting.
