Biochemical reconstitution of heat-induced mutational processes

This dataset is associated with the paper entitled "Biochemical reconstitution of heat-induced mutational processes" by Sugiyama. "Fastq files" folder contains all fastaq raw data files that have been used in the paper. Fastaq file name contains NGS run name and barcode # (e.g. 22A_BC021.fastq). These identifications are used in S1 Table of the paper. "NGS Protocol 4.4.docx" is our laboratory protocol for basic analysis of our NGS data. This protocol is designed for new students to learn how to obtain mutation frequency from fastaq data. The protocol uses Excel template files with macro, which are also included in this "Excel Template and macro" folder. The protocol and macros are designed for the specific data analysis, not for general use. Macro works only for specific template sequences used in the paper. The folder "Autofeeder" contains Excel template with macro and folders for 96-dimensional mutation spectra. Again, it is not designed for general use, but works only for specific analysis.
