Acceptability and Grain-Legumes WoS DataSet 1980-2018

The text file corresponds to the search query capturing the main research theme on consumer acceptance of grain-legumes (both soya and pulses, see Species Grain-Legumes WoS dataset) to be applied on the WoS (Web of Knowledge). This search query is restricted to the main types of scientific literature documents, namely the types: article, book, book chapter, and review.
