Investment plans of video streaming services worldwide 2022

A survey from 2022 among executives at broadcast and media companies that own a streaming service found that the majority planned to invest in the distribution of third-party platforms, with 36 percent of respondents stating to do so in the short term and 35 percent in the next two to five years. By contrast, many companies, namely 21 percent, did not consider to invest in user experience.
