获取公路、市政、水运、水利、房建、桥梁、轨道隧道、交安机电、规划、检测、监理、岩土勘察等12个专业的各种标准规范和参考图纸，形成工程领域基础知识库，对入库知识进行数字化加工，并通过机器学习形成工程领域知识图谱，基于知识图谱提供知识检索、知识问答、知识推送等各类智能化服务，辅助工程设计、建设和养护等各项工作。

Collect various standard specifications and reference drawings from 12 engineering disciplines including highway, municipal engineering, waterway transportation, water conservancy, building construction, bridge, rail transit tunnel, traffic safety and electromechanical systems, planning, inspection, supervision and geotechnical investigation, to build a basic knowledge base for the engineering domain. Then, digitize the stored knowledge, construct an engineering-domain knowledge graph via machine learning, and provide various intelligent services such as knowledge retrieval, knowledge question answering and knowledge recommendation based on the knowledge graph, so as to assist in engineering design, construction, maintenance and other related works.
