Transcriptome study of Acinobacter baumannii ddrR mutants in the presence or absence of mitomycin C

All RNA samples were isolated from the ddrR mutant strain of Acinobacter baumannii. The triplicates labeled “plus” have been subjected to mitomycin C (MMC) exposure (treated) and the triplicates labeled “minus” were not exposed to MMC (control). A comparison between treated and control samples to determine differential gene expression was performed. Overall design: mRNA profiles of ddrR mutants in the presence of MMC (treated) and absence of MMC (control) were performed in triplicate.
