B cells and peritoneal macrophages RNA-seq

We found that CD11b-expressing B cells were increased in the BM of LPS-treatmed mice. To examine the differences in gene expression, we isolated CD11b-negative and CD11b-positive B cells were isolated and compared the gene expression profiles with peritoneal macrophages obtained from naive mice by RNA-sequence. Overall design: We intraperitoneally injected lipopolysaccharide (LPS, 5 mg/kg) to WT C57BL/6 mice and isolated CD11b-negative and CD11b-positive B cells from the bone marrow 48 h after LPS-treatment. Peritoneal macrophages were isolated from peritoneal cavity of naïve WT mice. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis with RNA-seq was performed for those cells.
