The MozzaVID dataset is a collection of synchrotron X-ray tomography scans of mozzarella microstructure, intended for volumetric model benchmarking and food structure analysis. The dataset is divided into Base, Small, and Large splits, containing different numbers of volume images, and provides classification targets for 25 cheese types and 149 cheese samples.
