This dataset contains 215 synthesis records of calcium carbonate-based nanomaterials, which include synthesis parameters and representative scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images. The dataset also annotates the shape and size of the nanoparticles, provides segmented images, and is designed to support applications involving reproducibility and transfer learning. Boasting a large scale, this dataset holds 46,800 images of individual nanoparticles, with its core task being the prediction of nanoparticle morphological characteristics.
