To determine the changes in gene expression regulated by PGC-1beta, we knocked down PGC-1beta in bone marrow-derived dendritic cells by shRNA. Overall design: RNA-seq of bone marrow-derived dendritic cells retrovirally transduced either with control shRNA or shRNA targeting PGC-1beta, then left unstimulated or treated with IFN-beta for 6 hours.
