This dataset contains raw data used for the research "Thermal and catalytic pyrolysis of waste plastic heavy distillate into diesel-like product". Heavy distillate derived from plastic industries has high viscosity and molecular weight making it low valued byproduct. This requires upgrading with catalyst to improve its desirability as transport grade fuel. This study investigated production of diesel-like product from waste plastic Heavy Distillate with and without kaolin catalyst using reaction temperature, heating time and catalyst ratio as selected process parameters. Kaolin was characterized using X-ray fluorescence-XRF spectroscopy.

本数据集包含用于题为《废塑料重馏分热解与催化热解制备类柴油产物》的研究的原始实验数据。塑料工业副产的重馏分产物黏度高、分子量大,属于低附加值副产品,因此需通过催化提质工艺提升其作为车用级燃料的应用价值。本研究以反应温度、加热时长与催化剂添加比例为考察的工艺参数,分别探究了添加高岭土催化剂与未添加催化剂的条件下,利用废塑料重馏分制备类柴油产物的工艺。本研究采用X射线荧光光谱法(X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, XRF)对高岭土进行了表征分析。
