This record contains the reproducible code and processed analysis outputs supporting the manuscript “Global ecosystem-service dependence is misaligned with environmental AI and biodiversity data capacity.” The deposit is intentionally limited to two folders. The folder 00_reproducible_code contains the analysis scripts needed to reproduce the manuscript’s country-level data harmonization, composite index construction, environmental AI/data capacity extension, regression modelling, robustness analyses, and priority-country ranking. The folder 01_processed_analysis_outputs contains processed result tables, model outputs, robustness summaries, sample-size summaries, correlation matrices, priority rankings, and supplementary-table outputs used to support the manuscript. The study evaluates whether ecosystem-service dependence is geographically aligned with environmental AI and biodiversity data capacity. It integrates indicators of ecosystem-service dependence, ecosystem-service performance, general AI readiness, digital and scientific capacity, governance capacity, biodiversity data infrastructure, and environmental AI research capacity. The processed outputs support the reported alignment models, component robustness analyses, leave-one-group robustness checks, ecosystem-service performance interaction models, and priority-country rankings. Manuscript files, final figures, figure-generation scripts, local PowerShell execution wrappers, temporary files, and large third-party raw data archives are not included in this deposit. Third-party source datasets remain available from their original providers, including the World Bank World Development Indicators, Worldwide Governance Indicators, Environmental Performance Index, Oxford Government AI Readiness Index, GBIF-mediated occurrence records, OpenAlex, and ITU-linked digital indicators. Users should retrieve raw source data from the original providers when full raw-data reconstruction is required. This release is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and verification of the manuscript’s processed analytical results.
