In this experiment, we conducted transcriptomic analysis of the leaves of P. sepium seedlings under different times of salt stress treatment, deeply explored the salt tolerance mechanism and the biosynthesis pathway of secondary metabolites, and found a large number of metabolic path and gene information related to the resistance and secondary metabolism. This lays the foundation for deep elucidation of the salt tolerance mechanism of P. sepium, and provides a theoretical basis for further study of the biosynthesis of secondary metabolism.
