This dataset was used in Brunner et al. "Skeleton integrity: A method for the efficient fine-tuning of pose estimation models for pigs". Biosystems Engineering, 2026. It contains 200 images of pigs and associated keypoint labels in the COCO format. The keypoint skeleton consists of 22 keypoints.
