A time-lapse sequence of synthetic cell membrane images along with their segmentations. Cell-lineages associating cell labels from consecutive time points are also provided. <strong>File information:</strong> Image files are in the .inr.gz format, which can be read for instance using the <strong>timagetk</strong> (https://gitlab.inria.fr/mosaic/timagetk) Python library.
